The race will start at 12.00 midday on Friday 4th March, leaving from the bay of Altea. The yachts then head NE across the channel to Ibiza, along the north coast of Ibiza, down the east coast towards Formentera, along the south of Formentera before heading west back to the finish line at Altea. A total distance of approximately 200Nm – around 1/3 distance of a Fastnet race. The event involves anywhere between 36 – 40 hours of non-stop racing.

All boats are fitted with trackers so you can follow the progress live online, there should eventually be a link on the website for tracking the event. So far 38 boats have signed up for the race, with more expected in the closing days.
