The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) governs the sport of sailboat and sailboard racing. It is revised and published every four years by World Sailing. The current edition is The RRS 2017-2020.
The RRS for 2021-24 became effective on 1 January 2021.

Changes may be made to the RRS during the four-year period, but only when essential. These changes are published as Changes and Corrections to the RRS.

According to the “CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS MADE BY WORLD SAILING IN THE RACING RULES OF SAILING FOR 2021-2024” not much materially changed for 21-24. So the rules are pretty much carry-over.
Hopefully we will get the chance to do some racing this year!
