First 2022 CBYA Raft Up
CBYA members and friends enjoyed our first raft up event of this year on Thursday 14th July.
The participating boats were yachts S/Y Poog and S/Y TrickyD, as well as motor boats Flam Flam and ESmolaTRES.
Unfortunately, the four boats were unable to raft-up all together, as all suitable adjacent moorings had been taken, despite Marion arriving at around 09.15 on Flam Flam in order to secure a suitable mooring. By the time EsTRESmola arrived (at around 12.00), all suitable adjacent moorings had been taken. As one motor boat is required to secure each mooring, we will try to arrange for several motor boats to arrive early for the next raft up.
However, EsTRESmola provided an excellent shuttle service!

So disappointed I could not join you all. One of my favourite days with cbya, swimming between boats and socialising. Did the mojito man arrive?
That and the hobycat days. But I do have the memories. Bx
Glad to see the raft up season underway. Are there fewer buoys than in previous years or was it just very busy? We’re now back in Spain for the Summer so hope to join in with our boat at the next event.
