The CBYA and The Arts Society Marina Alta (TASMA) have agreed to promote each other’s forthcoming events/presentations to their respective members. We believe both the CBYA and the Arts Society members will benefit from mutual cooperation; that the Arts Society would be of interest to our members, and that our sailing events would be of interest to their members in turn.

TASMA promotes enjoyment and knowledge of all areas of The Arts through eight illustrated lectures per year delivered by highly-accredited professional speakers engaged by The Arts Society, UK. It also arranges arts-related trips and provides information on cultural events in Spain. It welcomes Visitors and Members alike.

Presentations take place on the first Wednesday of the month at Espai La Senieta,
Moraira at 11.00 hrs and in the Casa de Cultura, Jávea at 19.30 hrs.

See Membership options: https://www.artsocma.org/join. Visitors are welcome, but online pre-paid bookings are required via https://www.artsocma.org/future-lectures

There’s a lot more information on the TASMA website: https://www.artsocma.org The next presentation is The Anatomy of Collecting on Wednesday, 2 October and the lecture will be delivered by Marc Allum, the renowned Antiques Roadshow presenter.

If you would like to go to see the Entertaining Story, stay for the social drinks and meet some art lovers, please follow up by going to the TASMA website: https://www.artsocma.org

TASMA is not just about Fine Art, there are presentations on contemporary art decorative arts, architecture, literature, film, photography, fashion and performing
