Last 2022 Hobie Cat Sailing Day

Well that ends the CBYA Hobie Cat sailing season for this year.

57 sailing with 6 sessions, with an additional session cancelled due to lack of wind.

A few minor incidents, but overall enjoyed by everyone.

Thanks to the supporting Hobie Cat skippers: Hugh, Karen, Alan, James, Malcolm and Hans, – without them, none of this would be possible.

Skippers for the last session were Hans, Alan & Hugh. We had a full crew complement, so managed to get three Hobie Getaways out on the water.

A big storm threatened to hit us us, but passed over without causing any problems.

The Dinghy Season starts again at El Portet on Wednesday 7th September, so if you are not already in the CBYA Dinghy Section Whatsapp Group, and want to join, let me know.

Hopefully see some of you on the dinghies, and don’t forget the 2022 CBYA Regatta on 5th & 6th October.
