TrickyD
In mid summer of 2008, assisted by various crews en route, Richard jones sailed TrickyD from Malta to Corfu and then westwards, home to Denia via the Messina Straits, Rome, Elba, Cap Corse and the west coast of Corsica and Sardinia to Menorca, Mallorca and Ibiza.
Jim Cooper was crew from Malta to Corfu, where an old friend of Richard's from the UK joined him for the sail to Rome. Brenda was on board from Rome to Menorca and Tony and Bob joined for the long passage from Sardinia to Menorca, and back to home port. TrickyD and her crews survived some serious storms, high seas and strong winds but also enjoyed brilliant sunsets, superb sailing and wonderful nightstops in historical harcours and beautiful tiny bays.
